Bononia Sound Machine In the Studio

Bononia Sound Machine is currently in the studio cranking out a new CD.  They will be traveling to Sacramento In May, to put the final touches on their newest project.  The CD is being mastered at "The Track Shack" in Sacramento as it is being produced by former Tower of Power guitarist Jeff Tamelier.  The Horn arrangements for the CD were written by yet another former TOP member, Greg Adams. Guest artists on the CD are Jeff Tamelier, David Garibaldi, Rocco Prestia, Doc Kupka, Mic Gillette, Stef Burns, and Emilio Castillo. Ava Lemert saxophonist/singer from Sacramento, CA. has a new CD out titled “From My Soul”.  About Ava..."Soulful, jazzy, saxy, funky, fresh blend of powerful vocal and saxophones by Ms. Lemert. Finally, we have added three songs from the 70’s group Ambergris.  One of the founding members of the band was Jerry Weiss, who had just left "Blood, Sweat and Tears" to start Ambergris.  We have three songs from their only album “Ambergris”. News From Roger Smith

Roger Smith (keyboardist for Tower of Power) is currently in the process of re-releasing his 1996 solo CD "My Colors".  Also, Roger is in the final stages of the Rosco 2 (Jazz Rosco).  This CD will be released in the next few month's.  We will keep you informed as the date draws nearer on both releases.  For more information on Roger Smith you can find him at:
