New Playlist for 08-24-09

Our current playlist features music from “Eric Bolvin” and his CD titled “Workin’ It” as well as music from the CD “Quench!” by DKO “The Darren Kramer Organization”. Three songs from each of these CD’s are currently being played.

Also, we continue to play three songs from “Sage” who just released their 40th Anniversary CD (a three song CD, in advance of their full CD coming out in 2010). Still in the mix as well is a new song from “East Bay Soul” titled “Survival Of The Hippest” (CD due out in September of this year), and an offering from “Tony Adamo”, which is a cover of the “Tower Of Power” classic, “This Time Its Real” (this song can be purchased as an MP3 directly from “Strokeland Records”.

8/19 - MIC GILLETTE REJOINS TOWER OF POWER - STROKELAND CELEBRATION SALE!

The mighty Micster, MIC GILLETTE, is rejoining Tower of Power on lead trumpet after a 25-year absence. Mic brings a power and style to his brass playing that must be heard and felt to be appreciated.
